Terms and Conditions
By signing up for the ADORE Members CLUB, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Marketing Materials:
By becoming a member, you consent to receive marketing materials, including promotional emails and SMS, from Adore Home Living. You can opt out of these communications at any time by adjusting your preferences in your account settings.
2. Members:
2.1. ADORE Members CLUB is available at all Adore stores and online in Australia only. ADORE Members CLUB price includes this discount automatically. The member discount excludes delivery and other service fees.
2.2. Membership and benefits of ADORE Members CLUB are for the individual Member aged 18 years or older with a unique email address only. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other entities are not eligible to participate in the ADORE Members CLUB. Trade Customers cannot be Members of the ADORE Members CLUB.
2.3. Employees of Adore, its related bodies corporations or associated entities cannot be Members of the ADORE Members CLUB.
2.4. An individual is deemed to be a Member when they sign up in-store or online and/or identify themselves as a Member during a transaction or join ADORE Members CLUB before delivery of all items in a transaction.
2.5. When joining in-store, a sales consultant will record the individual’s full name and email address as a minimum at the point of sale. Other details may be optionally recorded. An individual may update their Member Profile at any time by visiting an Adore store or www.adorehomeliving.com.au. It is the Member’s responsibility to update their Member Profile including their email, surname, phone, and postal address. If a Member has not provided or updated Adore with correct details, Adore may not be able to contact the Member about their membership, Benefits, or entry to competitions.
2.6. Members may only have one ADORE Members CLUB membership at any time.
2.7. Members cannot transfer their ADORE Members CLUB membership or Benefits to another person.
2.8. A Member may end their membership at any time by contacting Adore’s Customer Service team at info@adorehomeliving.com.au
2.9. If a membership is cancelled, all Benefits (including for the avoidance of doubt ADORE Members CLUB Reward Vouchers) will be forfeited, and all outstanding and future Benefits will no longer be valid.
2.10. To be eligible for ADORE Members CLUB Member Benefits you must identify yourself as an ADORE Members CLUB Member before purchase, by quoting your mobile phone number, email, or ADORE Members CLUB Member number and/or name in-store with identification.
2.11. Adore reserves the right to introduce a new Benefit, or to withdraw, cancel, or vary a Benefit without notice and at any time for any reason whatsoever in its absolute discretion.
2.12. Members can view their available ADORE Members CLUB Reward Voucher at any time by visiting an Adore store.
2.13. Reward points cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned and are not redeemable for cash or gift cards.
2.14. If an order is cancelled, Adore may adjust or reverse Reward Points that were previously awarded to a Member in that transaction.
3. $20 Weclome Voucher:
3.1. Redeem:
For online registration, please present the welcome email in-store to redeem the voucher. For in-store registration, our friendly sales staff will create the voucher for you. The voucher must be spent upon redemption in-store.
3.2. Validity:
The $20 voucher provided upon sign-up is valid for one month from the date of your registration. After this period, the voucher will expire, and no extensions will be granted.
3.3. Minimum Spend Requirement:
To redeem the $20 voucher, a minimum spend of $100 is required in a single transaction.
3.4. Redemption Limit:
The $20 voucher is limited to one-time use per customer and cannot be combined with other offers or vouchers.
3.5. Non-Transferable:
The Adore Home Living Club membership, including the $20 voucher, is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.
4. Modification of Terms:
Adore Home Living reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Adore Home Living Club and its associated benefits, including these terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.
5. Compliance with Laws:
Members agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding their use of the Adore Home Living Club and the redemption of vouchers.
6. Termination of Membership:
Adore Home Living reserves the right to terminate a member's account and revoke membership benefits if any fraudulent activity or violation of these terms and conditions is suspected.
7. Privacy:
7.1. The ADORE Members CLUB Membership is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or refundable.
7.2. Adore may collect personal information from Members to facilitate ADORE Members CLUB, which may include the sharing of a Member’s personal information with the partners associated with ADORE Members CLUB.
7.3. As an ADORE Members CLUB member you consent to Adore and its partners associated with ADORE Members CLUB contacting you to provide marketing material concerning Benefits, special offers, product information, and other information relating to Adore and the partners. You can opt out of receiving marketing material at any time. Adore will communicate to all Members (including those who opted out from marketing materials) by email to send you reminders concerning your ADORE Members CLUB membership, for example, credit issuance, credit expiry reminder notifications, and any other service or program-related information.
